You MUST cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. A same day cancellation after the 24hr mark WILL automatically be charged 50% of whichever service(s) were selected. No call & no shows WILL be charged 100% of which ever service(s) were selected.
